1. Business Information

This website is operated by Development Consulting Limited, a company registered in England under company number 15297544. Our registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, WC2H 9JQ, London, United Kingdom.

2. Services Offered

We provide optical character recognition (OCR) services, converting scanned documents or images into editable formats, retaining the layout and text of the original document.

3. Placing an Order

You may submit your documents for OCR services via email, WhatsApp, or our website chat. Once your document is received, our manager will offer three urgency options:

• Economy

• Fast

• Superfast

Each option will be priced differently, and you will receive a payment link to complete your purchase using a bank card or PayPal.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed prior to the initiation of services. We reserve the right to withhold service until payment is confirmed.

5. Refund Policy

We aim to provide high-quality services, but we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Full Refund: If the quality of our work is significantly below reasonable expectations.

• Partial Refund:

  • 20% of the order price if we miss the deadline by less than 2 hours.

  • 50% of the order price if we miss the deadline by more than 2 hours but less than 24 hours.

  • 100% refund if we miss the deadline by more than 24 hours.

6. User Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions regarding any specific requirements for the OCR process at the time of placing the order. Failure to do so may affect the final output, and we will not be held liable for omissions due to a lack of instructions.

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. Personal information collected from you will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and improving our services. We comply with relevant privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), ensuring that your data is secure and never shared with third parties without your consent, except when required by law. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of England.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between Development Consulting Limited and the client shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Limitations of Liability

We strive to ensure high-quality services; however, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Our liability for any claim related to the services we provide is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific order.

This limitation will apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of the liability exceeding the amount and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

Additional limitations of liability include:

• Service Delays: We shall not be liable for delays caused by technical issues beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, server malfunctions, or third-party provider failures.

• Data Loss: We are not responsible for any data loss due to file corruption, user error, or malicious activities beyond our control. Clients are encouraged to keep copies of all original documents.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, or regulatory changes.

The limitations and exclusions in this Section 10 apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
